(1) The miniaturization of the machine, the width of the 1.8m

(3) It is equipped with Shangchai water-cooled turbocharged diesel
engine (73.5kW / 2000rpm), with sufficient power reserve, good
diesel atomization, good economy, low noise, long life and wide
application range.
(4) The hydraulic system uses load-sensitive control technology to
make the power output efficient and energy-saving. The driving
components are imported from Germany Rexroth to ensure system
reliability.
(5) The 12t hopper is designed to be wide enough to always store
enough material. The receiving interface can adapt to different
tonnage carts.
(6) The hoppers on both sides can be individually folded and
swing-type follow-up push wheels to ensure stable discharge during
asymmetric paving. Ensures proper paving along obstacles such as
walls.
(7) The walking system adopts hydraulic bridge drive transmission,
stepless speed change, high degree of automation, flexible
maneuvering, and simple and convenient operation. The drive axle
adopts XCMG's proprietary technology with automatic differential
speed.
(8) The feeding and distributing system is driven by an open
hydraulic system consisting of a load-sensing pump, a load-sensing
multi-way valve and a cycloidal motor. A plunger pump is used for
the feeding and distributing. transmission. The conveying scraper
adopts a double chain structure, which is driven independently from
the left and right, and can be reversed. The miniaturized design of
the material distribution system, the new compactness of the left
and right independent drive of the material distribution box, and
the unique "integrated" blade shaft greatly improve the convenience
of the small paver.
(9) The design of the electronic control system is based on the CAN
bus technology, which develops a network control system with
multi-CPU control technology, and has a good human-computer
interaction interface.
(10) The automatic leveling device can accurately control the
paving thickness and slope automatically, so that the longitudinal
flatness reaches 3mm / 3m and the lateral slope is within 0.02%,
which meets the requirements of high-grade highways.
(11) The innovatively designed E340 small hydraulic telescopic
screed adopts a three-point suspension structure and a
single-vibration compaction device, which improves construction
stability and pavement forming quality.
(12) The whole machine has the advantages of high degree of
automation, simple and convenient operation, good construction
